Section 17(1)(i) in M.P. Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2006

(i)the Licensee shall keep accurate and faithful accounts showing the quantity and other particulars of the mineral/minerals and/or its products received and dispatched from the stockyard in the register prescribed in Form 11;
