Section 7 in The Orissa Maintenance of Orphanages Rules, 1985
(7)If in the view of Government, the institution is deserving of recognition, they may grant recognition under intimation to the applicant, the Collector, the Sub-divisional Officer and the Block Development Officer concerned. The order of recognition shall specify the number of inmates in the orphanage.
