4D. Free travelling facility to Ex-members.
(1)With effect from [1st April 2017] [Substituted '1st April, 2010' by Rajasthan Act No. 26 of 2017, dated 18.5.2017.], every person, who has served as a member of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly shall be entitled to receive reimbursement of actual fare of any journey undertaken by him, either alone or with persons accompanying him, within the territory of India in any class of railway, air, ship or steamer, subject to a maximum limit of [rupees fifty thousand] [Substituted 'rupees twenty five thousand' by Rajasthan Act No. 26 of 2017, dated 18.5.2017.] in a financial year, in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by rules made in this behalf.
