1. Proxy counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 3 prayed for an adjournment on the ground that Mr. Sonal Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent no. 3 has been recently engaged by the Corporation and he is not available to argue the matter today.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners vehemently opposed the prayer made by proxy counsel for respondent no. 3 saying that the instant matter is pending since 2004.
3. In the interest of justice, the matter is adjourned to 20th July, 2022 subject to cost. Respondent No. 3 is directed to deposit Rs. 1,000/- with Delhi High Court Library Fund within a period of two weeks.
