Section 10 in Maharashtra Land Improvement Schemes Act, 1942
10. Effect of scheme.
- On the date on which the scheme is published in the Official Gazette under sub-section [(2)] [The brackets and figure '(2)' were substituted for the brackets and figure '(3)' by Bombay 7 of 1945, Section 8, read with Bombay 29 of 1948, Section 2.] of section 9, it shall come into force and shall have effect as if it were enacted in this Act.
