108. Application for search by third party to be supported by a affidavit.
- An application for search presented by a third party shall state the grounds on which the search is required. The application shall be supported by an affidavit unless it is signed and presented by an advocate for such party. The application may be rejected if the grounds there of are considered insufficient.
