Section 19(1) in West Bengal Green University Act, 2017
(1)The Finance Officer shall be a whole-time officer of the University. He shall be appointed by the Governing Board on the recommendation of a committee consisting of the Vice-Chancellor as the Chairman, a nominee of the Chancellor, two nominees of the Governing Board and a nominee of the State Government for such period and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
