Section 43(4)(ii) in The Chhattisgarh Kushabhau Thakre Patrakarita Avam Jansanchar University Act, 2004

(ii)every person holding office as a member of the Executive or the Academic Council, as the case may be immediately before the appointed date shall cease to hold that office;
