- The licence holder shall give a notice of any loss or theft involving the Ammonium Nitrate or Ammonium Nitrate melt in his possession, where the loss exceeds the permitted limit of loss that typically occurs during routine productions, storage, transportation, or use of Ammonium Nitrate to the licensing authority and concerned District Authority giving details of the circumstances leading to loss or theft and the notice of loss or theft shall also be reported to the nearest local police station.
