6. Duties of Commissioner.
- Subject to the overall superintendence of the State Government and guidance of the Resettlement Commissioner, the Commissioner shall be in overall charge of the resettlement programmes, in his division and shall implement the same within the frame work of the policy of the State Government relating to resettlement of displaced persons.
