Section 12(1) in The Delhi Metro Railway (Procedure to be followed by the Claims Commissioner and amount of compensation payable in case of death and injuries due to accidents) Rules, 2007
(1)If an application is presented by any party to the proceedings for summoning of witnesses, the Claims Commissioner shall issue summons for the appearance of such witness unless the considers that their appearance is not necessary for the just decision of the case.
