(3)An outgoing member shall be eligible for re-election or re-nomination.[(4) The term of office of the President and Vice-President shall be for a period of one year from the date of their election as President or Vice-President, as the case may be :Provided that, at no time the term of office of the President or Vice-President shall exceed the term of such President or Vice-President, as a member.]
