Section 175 in The Gujarat Municipalities Act, 1963
175. Power of carrying water mains.
- For the purpose of obtaining a supply or an additional supply of water or of distributing the same the municipality shall have the same powers and be subject to the same restrictions for carrying, renewing, repairing and altering water mains, pipes and ducts within or without the municipal borough as it has and subject to under the provisions hereinbefore contained for carrying, renewing and repairing drain within the municipal borough.(5)Powers Regarding External Structures, Etc.
