Section 12(h) in The M.P. Panchayat Samvida Shala Shikshak (Employment and Conditions of Contract) Rules, 2005
(h)A person employed under these rules shall be governed by the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Service (Conduct) Rules, 1998. Other conditions of service shall be such as may be specified in the contract.
