Section 19(1) in Punjab Exhibition of Films on Television Screen through Video Cassette Players (Regulation) Rules, 1989
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order of the licensing authority under these rules may appeal to the Secretary to the Government in the Department of Home Affairs and Justice within thirty days of the receipt of the order of the licensing authority.
