(2)The Registering Officer or the Appellate Officer as the case may be on receipt of the demand draft under sub-rule (1) shall arrange to deposit the amount in the account of the Labour Commissioner, Labour, Employment & Training Department, Bihar or in appropriate account in the Bank to deposit the amount in the appropriate head of account specified by the State Government from time to time.Part-III Safety and HealthChapter-VI General Provisions
