Section 18 in Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016
18. Payment of Commission or Margin Money Payable to the Licensee.
- It shall be the responsibility of the licensing authority to get the commission or margin money payable to the licensee under the schemes conducted by the department paid to the licensee within two months after lifting/disbursing of the essential commodities.
