1. This petition is fled under Section 29(A) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time to complete the Arbitral Proceedings and to pass an Award.
2. The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents has fairly stated that the respondents have no objection if the time is so extended.
3. Under these circumstances, it is ordered that the Vina Khadpe, PA Page 1 of 2 sr.29.arbp(l).2764.2021.doc time to complete the Arbitral proceedings and to pass an Award is extended by a period of six months from today.
4. Arbitration Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
5. This order shall be digitally signed by the Private Secretary/Personal Assistant of this Court. All concerned shall act on production by fax or e-mail of a digitally signed copy of this order.
