(1)The Chancellor and first Vice-Chancellor of the University and the first members of the Board and of the Academic Council of the University and all persons who may hereafter become such officers or members are, so long as they continue to hold such office or membership, hereby constituted a body corporate by the name of the Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia Agriculture University.
