Section 78(1) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(1)Where the drainage is carried out through septic tank installations, the location design and requirements of I.S. 2470 (Part I) 1968 and I.S. 2470 (Part II) 1971 Indian Standard Code of practices for Design and Construction of Septic Tanks, Part I small installations (upto 60 persons and Part II Large Installations (Upto 300 persons) the requirements of 35.3.1 to 35.3.2 shall be fulfilled.
