Section 48(1) in Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Orissa Rules, 2002
(1)The personnel strength of a home shall be determined according to the duty, posts, hours of duty per day as the base for each category of staff. The institutional organisational set up shall be fixed in accordance with the size of the home, the capacity, work load, distribution of functions and requirements of programmes.
