Section 13 in Punjab Public Distribution System (Licensing and Control) Order, 2003
13. The licensee shall given all facilities at all reasonable time to the licensing authority or any officer authorised by it or the State Government for the inspection of his stocks and accounts at fair price shop godown or other place used by him for the storage, sale etc. of Public Distribution System items and for taking of samples of Public Distribution System items for examinations.
