Section 9(3) in Uttarakhand Disaster Mitigation, Management and Prevention Act, 2005
(3)The officers and employees appointed under sub-section (2) shall be entitled to receive such salaries and allowances and shall be governed by such terms and conditions of service as are prescribed by the regulations.
