(3)The Secretary shall not less than [seven] [Substituted 'fifteen' by Notification No. 7-2/2018-CCH, dated 25.4.2019 (w.e.f. 15.11.2018).] clear days before the date fixed for the meeting and in the case of a special meeting with the notice of the meeting, issue a complete agenda paper showing the business to be brought before the meeting.
