(b)with fine which may extend to ten rupees for everyday during which the breach continue after receipt of notice from the [Chairperson] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 11 of 1994 w.e.f. 31.5.1994.] or Executive Officer of a [Municipality] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 11 of 1994 w.e.f. 31.5.1994.] to discontinue such breach.
