1. Learned counsel for the petitioner and Hamdard Public School submit that the parties are agreeable to making an effort to resolve their disputes amicably through mediation.
2. Accordingly, they are referred to mediation under the aegis of Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Shershah Road, New Delhi-110503.
3. As the cases are virtually identical, they may be listed before the learned Mediator together. The learned Mediator may facilitate separate settlement agreements, if required.
4. The parties will appear before the learned Mediator on 07.08.2025.
