(2)A record of each visit, with the date, shall be made in the visitors' book and the total number of visits paid during the year shall be stated in the Annual Report of the subsidiary jail.Note. - The Superintendent of the Sub-Jail at Dharamsala shall visit the Jail twice a week and oftener if special circumstances require that he should do so.
