(a)make selection or the posts in different grades and categories [except the posts specified in clauses (i), (iii), (iv) and (v) of Sub-Section (2) of Section 89] [Substituted by Notification No. F. 2(2), dated 9.4.2016 (w.e.f. 23.4.1994).] existing in the service in the Panchayat Samiti and the Zila Parishad in the District in accordance with the rules made by the state government in this behalf;
