Section 1 in Rajasthan Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazards Rules, 1991
1. Short title and commencement.
- (i) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazards Rules, 1991.(ii)They shall come into force from the date of publication.(iii)These rules supplement the rules already notified under the Factories Act , 1948.
