65. Appointment in accordance with promotion schemes.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 64 but subject to the rules and orders issued by the Government from time to time, appointments to the posts of Associate or Assistant professor and Professors in University Institutions and Departments may be made by the Executive Council in accordance with the promotion scheme, if any, prescribed by Regulations in this behalf.
