3. Function and powers of the Central Examination Committee.
- The functions and powers of the Central Examination Committee shall be the same as have been specified in Rule 4 of the Rules for the Departmental Examination of Gazetted Officers published with Notification No. V/DE-109/61-A-13559, dated the 10th October, 1961.
