Section 5(1) in Gujarat Panchayats (Second Amendment) Act, 1963
(1)in sub-section (1), for the words "the District Development Officer" the words "in the case of a taluka panchayat or district panchayat, the District Development Officer and in the case of a gram panchayat or nagar panchayat the Taluka Development Officer" shall be substituted;
