Section 11(1)(a) in The Punjab Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, Faridkot (Acquisition and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1978

(a)the trustees and every person in whose possession, custody or control any property or asset specified in sub-section (1) of section 3 may be, shall deliver the same to such officer or other person as may be authorised by the State Government in this behalf;
