Section 34(2) in National Law University of Uttarakhand Act, 2011
(2)The accounts of the University shall, at least once in a year, be audited by the Vice Chancellor, Local Funds Accounts, Uttarakhand or by such person or persons as the State Government may authorize in this behalf.
