Section 100(2) in The Bihar (Coal Mining) Area Development Authority Act, 1986
(2)Where any such pension or provident funds has been constituted, the Government may declare that the provision of the Government Provident Fund Act, 1925 shall apply to such funds as if it were a Government Provident Fund.
