39. Documents to be supplied to the Customs Collector.
- Before drugs for the import of which a license is not required are imported a declaration signed by or on behalf of the manufacturer or by or on behalf of the importer that the drugs comply with the provisions of Chapter III of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the rules thereunder shall be supplied to the Customs Collector.
