Section 1 in The Orissa Legislative Assembly ex-Members Pension Rules, 1979
1. Short title and Commencement.
(a)These rules may be called the Orissa Legislative Assembly ex-Members Pension Rules, 1979.(b)These rules shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
