Section 5(3) in The Standard of Weights and Measures (Approval of Models) Rules, 1987
(3)If the weight or measure is provided with supplementary or additional devices, full information with regard to such supplementary or additional devices, such as, drawing, descriptions in relation to the said weight or measure, shall also be given alongwith the application.
