Section 26(1) in The U.P. Shri Badrinath and Shri Kedarnath Temples Act, 1939
(1)The [State Government] [Substituted by ALO 1950 for 'Provincial Government'.] may make [rules] [For rules, see Notification No. 961 XVI (P.H.)-H-C. E., dated Aug. 22. 1940, in Gazette 1940, Part I-A, pp. 522-525.] consistent with this Act to carry out its purposes.
