5. Registration and nationality and registration marks.
- [Subject to the provisions of rule 33, no person shall fly] [Substituted by G.S.R. 1567, dated 16.11.1962.], or assist in flying, any aircraft unless--(a)it has been registered, and(b)it bears its nationality and registration marks and the name and residence of the owner affixed or painted thereon in accordance with rule 37 or, in the case of aircraft registered elsewhere than in India, in accordance with the regulations of the State in which it is registered:Provided that the prohibition imposed by this rule shall not apply to aircraft flown in accordance with the special permission in writing of the Central Government and subject to any conditions and limitations which may be specified in such permission.
