Section 7(1) in The Kerala Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 2010
(1)Every application filed under rule 4 shall set forth concisely under distinct heads, the grounds for such application and such grounds shall be numbered consecutively and typed on a thick paper of good quality in double space on one side.
