The applicant has sought the following information:-
1. There is a mistake in the spelling of my name in the PF. What can I do?
2. Please let me know application dairy no./receipt No. of the letter sent through registered post by my Institute i.e. S.D. Institute of Technology & Management Israna, Panipat to your department for correction/rectification of my name spelling in PF account.
3. What is the spelling of my name has been sent/written by the SD Institute of Technology & Management, Israna, Panipat at the time of opening of my PF account at your department in the month of May/June 2007. Please cross check it from your available records to ensure what is the status of my name spelling as per your records?
4. What spelling of my name has been sent/written by dealing official of my Institute i.e. S.D. Institute of Technology & Management for deposition of my monthly PF contribution employer and employee share to your department since my joining? Please cross check it from your available records to ensure what is the status of my name spelling as per your records?
5. Let me know reasons and applications dairy no./receipt No. of my two letters has sent to your department through registered post in the month of April, 2013 and October 2013 for transfer of my PF amount to my Central Bank of India's account number.

9. Have your Department received my applications for transfer of my PF amount to my Central Bank of India's account number? If answer is yes, please mention date of receipt No. of application(s).

Grounds for the Second Appeal:
The CPIO has not provided the desired information.
Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present Appellant: Absent Respondent: Mr. Nishant Yadav CPIO's representative through VC M: 09671272983 The CPIO's representative stated that the information requested by the appellant in his RTI application dated 24/12/2013 was provided vide letter dated 24/01/2014 and his claim has also been settled on 09/06/2014. He submitted that an amount of Rs.61884/- has been paid to the appellant as PF and Rs.24347/- towards pension dues. The appellant is not present for canvassing his case/contesting the CPIO's representative's submissions.
Decision notice:
From the CPIO's representative's submissions it appears that the information, as available on record, has been provided. If, however, the appellant has any doubt in the matter the CPIO should permit him to inspect the relevant records relating to his RTI application dated 24/12/2013 and also allow him to take photocopies/extracts therefrom, free of cost, upto 5 pages within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
