Section 64(e) in The Patents (Amendment) Act, 2002
(e)in clause (xiv), after the word" maintained", the words, brackets and figures" under sub- section (1) of section 125 and the safeguards to be observed in the maintenance of such register of patent agents on computer floppies, diskettes or any other el ctronic form under sub- section (2) of that section" shall be inserted.
