Section 1(3)(v) in The Assam Non-Government Educational Institutions (Regulation and Management) (Amendment) Act, 2018

(v)"Executive Engineer PWD, Building Division" means the Executive Engineer of PWD, Building Department under whose jurisdiction a particular school is situated;(vi) "fee" means all fees including tmtion fee, development charges of any nature, capitation fee etc;
