Section 20(iii) in University of Udaipur Officers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(iii)An officer may after giving at least 3 months notice in writing to the University, retire from the service on the date on which he completes 20 years of services or the date on which he attains the age of 50 years, whichever is earlier on any date thereafter to be specified in the notice:
