Section 9(1) in The Board and Court of Examiners of Homoeopathic and Biochemic Systems of Medicines Rules, 1965
(1)Every matter to be determined by the Board or the Court shall be determined on a motion moved at the meeting of [the Board or, as the case may be the Court] [Substituted by G.
