Section 246 in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
246. Using offensive manure, etc.
- Whoever, except with the written permission of the Council, and in accordance with the conditions of such permission, stores or uses night-soil or other manure or substance emitting offensive smell shall be punished with fine which may extend to twenty-five rupees.
