Heard Shri Rajat Rajan Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel and Shri Savitra Vardhan Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
There is a consensus at the bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by judgement and order dated 18.02.2022 passed in Writ C No. 21139 of 2019 in Re: Snsk Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital vs Union of India and others in respect of U.G. Courses and the P.G. Courses in terms of orders of Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in Civil Appeal No.603 of 2020 arising out of SLP (C) No.26267 of 2019 in Re: Union of India vs Federation of Self-Finance Ayurvedic Colleges Punjab and others.
Considering the aforesaid the writ petition is disposed off. It is provided that the petitioner in this writ petition would be entitled to the benefit of the aforesaid judgement.
