Section 1 in The Central Provinces Court of Wards Act, 1899
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called The Central Provinces Court of Wards Act, 1899.(2)It extends to [the whole of Mahakoshal region] [Substituted by M.P. Adoptation of Laws Order, 1956.]; and(3)It shall come into force at once.
