(4)Subject to the provisions of sub-sections (1), (2) and (3) and the rules and bye-laws, the Market Committee may employ also such number of other officers and servants and pay such officers and servants such salaries, as [or the Board] [Substituted by Act 60 of 1982.] may sanction.
